Just a Note Butterflies

Hi friends!  I hope you're having a great day!  We are off to a baby sale thing in a little bit to try to pick up some clothes for the kids and maybe the baby.  Then a couple errands but that's it today.  What are you up to?

Today, I'm sharing a card I made for a call that wasn't picked up.  I still love this one.  I think it's fresh and the colors are fun.  The stamps are from Paper Smooches, the paper is from Lily Bee, and I finished with some Lemon Divine Twine.

IHP WCMD Sketch

Hi friends!  I hope you're having a great day!  We just came home from a party for a very special friend who helps everyone she meets.  It was a great party and the kids had so much fun!

I made this card using the I {heart} Papers WCMD sketch but I'm too late to submit to the challenge.  Whoops!  That's what I get for having a social life.  I used Lawn Fawn stamps, Lily Bee paper, Spellbinders dies, Copic markers for the tree trunk, an SRM sticker for the sentiment, and Holiday Divine Twine on this card.  I think it turned out fun.  The triangle is really outside the box for me.  I'm also submitting this to the Simon Says Stamp WCMD challenge.

So Sorry For Your Loss

Hi friends! I hope you're having a great day. I'm ok but I'm trying to pull it together to do fun things for the kids. We went to the park and had pizza with a friend today and it was nice. I'm exhausted even though I didn't really do much. The kids are happy so it was worth it.

Here's a card I made for publication that wasn't picked up. You win some, you lose a lot! ;) I'm sad that this card didn't make it because I think the doily ruffle is pretty cute. I just trimmed around a doily and then bunched it up and adhered it to the back of the music patterned paper. I used the Feb Paper Made Bakery Kit for this card. All the elements come in the kit and it's ON SALE right now!
