For Mattie

Jennifer Taylor brought this very special girl and her cause to my attention.  You can read the details HERE.  Mattie is battling juvenile diabetes.  Her mom is doing the walk for the cure and together they are raising money for the cause.  They are amazing!  They raised $2500 for their walk last year!  If you would like to help them along, go to Jen's blog and donate!  She has a donate button and you can help this darling little one!

Also, here's a tip that you might already know.  I REFUSE to spend extra money on glittery brads so I just add some Stickles to my brads and it gives them a little shine and shimmer.  I hope that Mattie will like this pink, glittery card.  :)

I forgot to mention a really cool part!  Jen got Unity to sponsor a giveaway.  So, make a card or a donation and get entered in Jen's giveaway!  Hooray!

  2. This is so adorable!!! Great tip on the brads...I don't own any stickles b/c I'm sure after I purchase one bottle, I'll just have to have ALL of them ;) That's how I roll....cuz I'm a goofball!

  3. Ashley, this is so cute!! I'm sure Mattie will love it! :)

I do the same thing when I want a sparkly brad!! I don't want to have to buy doubles of everything, and discovered this kind of by accident one day when I needed something sparkly and didn't have anything but a plain ol' brad that matched. Now I do it all the time ;)
