Hugged My Heart #14

Here's a picture of my FAVORITE time of day.  Dustin always gives Brady his bath at night.  They splash and they play.  It's daddy/baby time.  Then after bath, Dustin dries Brady off, puts his towel on his head and sends him out of the bathroom.  I just love seeing his little feet stick out for the bottom of the towel as he runs towards his room.  And Brady just thinks it's hysterical.  He laughs and giggles while running around with just his towel.  It's the cutest thing ever.

So, I seriously thought about not doing Hugged My Heart this week but I decided it would be too sad.  Here it is.  Better late than never.

1. Katie Cotton's Cause of the Month.  I think it's beyond sweet that Katie is choosing to highlight a cause every month!  Why didn't I think of that?  Her cause this month is Let There Be Mom.  It's a wonderful cause that helps terminally ill mothers with household tasks so that they can enjoy their time with their families instead.  Katie is collecting cards for this cause.  Please go to her blog and check it out.  She is so very special for doing this.  There is even a prize that someone who participates can win.

2. This post by Carolyn (Cammie) King.  How sweet is the letter that Cammie got from the care facility that helped her grandmother?  And the pictures are just fabulous!  I am so lucky that I got to be a part of this when she first announced that she wanted to send cards to care takers of Alzheimer's patients.  It's an amazingly heart warming post and look at what we as paper crafters can do just by sending one little card!

3. Bourjois loose powder eye shadow.  So, I know what you're thinking, how can a make up product hug my heart?  Well, you know, I've just been feeling dowdy and like a giant blob lately.  I went to Ulta and got a little make up done.  Honestly, the make up wasn't that great on me but I did happen to find this eyeshadow on my own.  It put light back into my face.  It made me look AWAKE and glowy and pretty.

That's it for this week.  I hope you all are having a wonderful week!  Hugs!
