Hi friends!  Happy New Year!  I hope that you are all doing well and had a fabulous holiday!  We are not so hot.  Well, actually we are hot but with fever.  :(  Two of the three kids are sick.  Hubby and I aren't feeling great either.  Hopefully, we can get rid of all this crud soon and start having a fun 2015!  

I put together this card a while back and thought I would post it.  All the elements I used are from Pebble's Homemade collection.  I really love this collection, it speaks to me.  I can't wait to pocket scrapbook a week with this!

Today, I'm sharing a card I made at my friend Rachel's crop last month.  She gave us all the pieces to make this super sweet mini card and she made us a sample.  I decided to change it up a little bit and put my own spin on it.  All the products are from Close to My Heart.  I think it turned out really cute and I like that I used pieces I never would have put together since she had all the layers picked out in advance.

You're Brrr-fect and a Bunch of Winners

Hi friends!  I hope you are well!  We are ok.  We still have some stress and we are working things out for our son at school.  Parenting is HARD!  We are also trying to get ready for Christmas and Avery's birthday.  It's a busy time of year!

Today, I'm posting a card I made for a holiday card swap at my friend Regina's house.  (Let me just say, Regina's house and scrap room are AMAZING and if you ever get the chance to go there, you should!  I wish I could just move in!)  We were to make a clean and simple card and make kits for everyone else so they can make your card too.  We had a great time, awesome food, fun conversation, and I made some new friends.

Here's my card using Chilly Chums by Paper Smooches.  I love this set with a passion!  I brought the whole set with me to the swap and some gals picked some of the other cute animals for their card.  I used some older Echo Park paper since I needed enough for 9 cards.  Then some good old fashion Stickles and goggly eyes.  I'm entering this in the Paper Smooches Sparks Anything Goes challenge for this week.

Happiest of Holidays and Winners

Hi friends!  I hope that you are doing well!  We are ok.  It's just very busy this time of year and we are working out some things at school for my son.  Hopefully, we will resolve everything soon and we can relax for Christmas.

I've been holding onto this card for a long time, waiting to blog it.  It was one of the last cards that I made to submit to Paper Crafts.  This was a LONG time ago but I didn't want to blog it until Christmas since it's awkward to post Christmas cards in the spring.  Maybe?  I don't know.  Either way, I waited.  This card was made with American Crafts papers and some Metallic Silver Divine Twine.  I really like the movement on this card.
