A Couple More VSN Cards

Hey all, I hope that you are doing well. We have a little break in the rain today and I think I'm going to do run errands. Yesterday, we have a THUNDER storm with hail! Yikes! It scared the baby so bad, he couldn't sleep. I'm hoping that doesn't happen again.

Ok, a couple more VSN cards. It was a REALLY fun VSN this last time! This card was made for the Sharpen Your Blades challenge. The challenge was to use your scoring tool to make a background for your card. I'm totally embarrassed to admit that I have A LOT of problems with scoring. I am just not good at it. I wish I was. I don't think I could score a frame if my life depended on it. And I REALLY wanted to score diagonal lines but I couldn't figure it out so you just have your normal grid here. The tree is from Ippity's What Matters Most and the sentiment is from Ippity's Just Wanted to Say. (Both available in my sidebar with $5 of each set going to Tyler Armstrong's Leukemia fund.)
This next card was for the Go For the Gold challenge, to use gold on your card. I've had this ribbon FOREVER and really wanted to use it. I didn't know what kind of DP would go with it so I opted to not use any. The stamps are from Ippity's Regal Greetings set (available in my right sidebar.) I stamped the flourish on the bottom in gold ink. Then I used brown to stamp the frame on some Kraft paper. Then gold ink again for the sentiment. Easy peasy.

Have a great day everyone!
